From 2007 to 2012 as many as 7 million Japanese are going to retire.  Meanwhile birth rate remains low.  Japan is now accepting the inevitability to introduce more foreign work force.  Demand for engineers is expected to rise.  India is a populous country with plenty of young work force.  Indians are also well known for their diligence and intelligence especially in the fields that require high skills and education.  That is why J·art focuses to hire Indian engineers.

Japan provides you with all kinds of foods, whatever your preference will be. You can eat out in many reasonable restaurants but the cheapest way is buy at supermarkets and cook yourself. Most of our Indian staff order Indian food on internet and cook at home.

Japan has all four seasons and you will appreciate the delicate changes throughout the year.  Summer is normally humid and winter is relatively mild, though it depends on your location. The rainy season is in June.

J·art does not set any minimum contract period or any binding provisions.   You can work for us as long as you like.  However, J·art strongly believes long relationship is definitely beneficial for both of us. We encourage candidates who wish to work with our company for minimum of 3-5 years.

It all depends on the job market situations, your role and industry, your professional experiences, qualifications and skill set (including Japanese).

J·art has many clients all over Japan and the placement issue entirely depends on our clients.

Once the visa application is submitted, the procedure is in the hand of Japanese immigration office. It general takes about 2-3 months to get the Eligibility Certificate to work in Japan. Once you get Eligibility Certificate (EC) you can apply in the Japan Embassy in India and can get Visa in 1-2 days, depending upon the situation.
