In the year of 1980, Mr. Sakai Tetsushi started a Restaurant chain business known as Yakinikuya Sakai. 'Yakinikuya Sakai' restaurants are all over Japan and is well known household name for Japanese style BAR-B-Q.

In 1985, Mr. Sakai started a new company known as J·art.  The group consists of various companies. J·art Broadband is one of them and was set up in October 2005 to provide human resources solution to various clients in Japan and since then has been growing at outstanding rate.

To support J·art Broadband on January 2007 another company J·art Academy was established to train professional in Japanese language, who wish to work in Japan.
